So, going to &lt;a href="http://maps.google.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;maps.google.com&lt;/a&gt; gives you the US map.  Other countries/kingdoms have the localised site, e.g. &lt;a href="http://maps.google.co.uk/" rel="nofollow"&gt;maps.google.co.uk&lt;/a&gt;.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Simon</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 07 Sep 2006 03:35:44 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
